Love Yourself

Rekindle the fire within

Valentines Weekend Retreat 2019

From the time we are born and all throughout our lives we never really see ourselves. Everything we learn about the world and ourselves is what we observe outside of ourselves, from our parents to the cat and the postman. We never really see ourselves. We never really know ourselves.

...SCROLL DOWN TO REKINDLE THAT INNER FIRE...

“To be creative means to be in love with life. You can be creative only if you love life enough that you want to enhance its beauty, you want to bring a little more music to it, a little more poetry to it, a little more dance to it.”
― Osho

The Yoga of Intimacy

Have you ever reluctantly rolled out of bed in the morning to do yoga or exercise and wished that there was something else you could do that would give you all the same benefits, except without all the hassle and effort and slogging through.

Well, the ancient Yogis believed that 30 minutes of Tantric Sex had the equivalent value as 4 hours

of Hatha Yoga.

So there is always that option . . .

Some of you must be jumping out of your seats shouting: “I’m all over this!”, chucking your trainers and tights in the charity bin on the way to the check out. Great! If that’s you then SIGN UP HERE.

But if you’re someone who finds the thought of 30 minutes of daily sex and intimacy with yourself or your partner a bit daunting, then this workshop is definitely also for you.

I spent the first many years of my relationship and marriage with my husband being fine with just scratching the surface of pleasure, connection, oneness and bliss. Of course I didn’t realise how much I was holding myself back and how much we were both missing out on until we started practicing basic tantric techniques. It changed everything for us as individuals and as a couple. It was about much more than just having better sex. It was about seeing each other for the first time. About perceiving what needed to be offered and in which manner. It was learning the art of loving each other and ourselves.

Enhance your love life

The intention of this weekend workshop is to teach you, plainly speaking:

How to go about having tantric sex.

You will be taught foundational practices as well as the ins and outs of the tantric sexual experience. You will be introduced to concepts such as energy and the chakras, and will practically be guided on how to work with these during love making.

By the end of the weekend you will have a good grasp of the processes and methods used during tantric lovemaking, along with inspiration to ignite your relationships.

You will go home with a bag of practical tools to help enhance your experience of sex, love and relating, not only with others but also with yourself.

“Sex is like an atom bomb. A potent weapon which fascinates and frightens. We're afraid to let it loose, yet we all have our finger on the button.”
-Zeena Schreck

What is tantra?

Tantra is an accurate science of personal development, which confronts you with fundamental questions concerning life, man and the Universe.

It is a spiritual path that you can practically integrate within your worldly lifestyle. It embraces sexuality, using this energy to attain higher states of consciousness. It is a path that requires discipline and austerity but relishes in love and adventure.

Thula Yoga brings to London profound tantric teachings as presented in the Agama Yoga Tantra Workshops

These workshops aim to give participants insights into transcending relationships from ego to unconditional love and sexuality from the mundane to enlightenment.

What works for You

 . . . and your Lover?

Different things turn different people on. Sometimes when something doesn’t work in an intimate relationship, we may think that there is something wrong with us or the other person. Do you know what you like? How about your partner? What creates those moments of friction? Is there a way to navigate through this and embrace all? We explore this subject matter through discussion, meditation touch.

Sex & intimacy . . .

Everybody wants to have a rocking love life to some sort of a degree, right? As women, we want to have BIG and long-lasting orgasms and as men, we want to have the stamina and the moves to pleasure.

What does intimacy have to do with this?

Sex, when done correctly, is a spiritual practice that can lead to liberation. When we have an orgasm the ego dies a little bit, the senses are withdrawn and all morals suspended. We forget who we are in this world and come into contact with something brighter, more permanent and meaningful, even if just for a moment. For a moment we come in contact with Self and Spirit.

Sex and Orgasm are very much a process of lifting the veil, revealing the true self to the other . . . and then recognising the self in the other and vice versa.

The deeper we allow ourselves to connect with ourselves and our partners, the more meaningful and magical our sexual relationships and encounters become.
