The healing that takes place is incredibly deep, as we are able to access and remove blockages, and untangle karmic knots from this life and also from past lives. We can work on anything from humans, animals, plants etc. There are no limitations of time and space. We can address issues from the past, future and present.
What to expect

Reflecting on healing intentions before the session.

A short consultation before the session begins.

A mandala and crystal grid will be set up and generally present in the healing room. It is not always necessary to have the mandala present as the practitioner can access the energies from anywhere in the world.

You are invited to use Navapashanam medicine in either oil or water based format.

For most of the healing, you will be lying down in an as relaxed manner as possible. Sleeping is absolutely fine and often encouraged as we work on the deeper layers of your existence.

There is no touching during the sessions.

The practitioner acts as a channel through which life supporting energies flow in order for the healing to take place.

There will be music to help you relax.

The client does not have to do anything. Very often people report memories flooding through, dreams, past life recall, repressed memories surfacing. Anything and nothing is a good sign. The healing is taking place regardless of whether you cry, shake, sleep, get bored. Do not resist anything …. Just go with the process.

We mostly work on all of the main 7 chakras in each healing session. Any other specific issues, whether they are physical, energetic, mental, emotional or spiritual will also be addressed in the sessions.

After about 45-60 minutes you will be asked to come back to the body in the space, waking up if you’ve dozed off.

We conclude with a feedback session and consultation.

Often clients are requested to continue the healing process at home by completing simple “homework” or taking steps to improving life circumstances. The homework is usually a set of questions for personal reflection, journaling, self-transfiguration etc. You won’t be required to hand in a thesis by your next session!
